Dual Lead Worm Gear System
The
dual lead worm is a one-piece unit that is more
rugged and accurate than the conventional split worm
gear used by many other builders and provides a
smooth uninterrupted motion, easier adjustment and
requires minimum maintenance.

TOLERATION －
Hydraulic Swelling Surrounding Clamping System
When
performing static cutting operations, the Rotary
Table is held rigidly in place by an integral
hydraulic brake assembly with a massive contact
area.
This distortion-free brake is operated by hydraulics
from the, machine, an optional mini hydraulic power
unit or an air/oil intensifier.
