Pallet Changers
CPS
The
Colombo Filippetti "CPS" cam driven
pallet changers are designed for
machine tools and automatic
production lines. They transform a
uniform incoming rotary motion
supplied by a gear motor into a
series of regular stop-and-go linear
and rotary movements of the output
shaft onto which the pallet pick-up
arm is attached.
The synchronous combination of
movements performed by the pallet
pick-up arm provides a typical
pallet changing cycle: consisting of
gentle then rapid lift, rotate,
rapid lower and gentle deposit.
The CPS devices are manufactured in
30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 180°
rotations, with linear stroke from
60 to 80 (mm), load capacity of up
to 2.000 (kg), with high inertia
ratings and designed for very short
cycle times.
