%20web.jpg) HC-H Series ITI-ExactTM HC-H Series Non-Lifting Horizontal Indexing Tables are available in three frame sizes, each with a range of square and round tabletops to accommodate a wide variety of applications.
The tables are rotated via a high-speed dual-lead worm gear and wheel driven via a servomotor(*). The positioning of the tabletop is via a rugged three-piece Hirth coupling, having 72 teeth as standard with an option of 360 teeth, both with a standard accuracy of +/- 3 seconds of arc.
Once in position, the Table is clamped hydraulically in place. The indexing cycle is activated by the machine control.
Special Note: The HC-H Series is often used as the main table on machining centers and can be provided with “custom” housings to suit each builder’s requirements to accommodate ball screws, guide ways, measuring systems, etc.
