CT-WS Series

ITI-ExactTM CT-WS Non-Lifting Trunnion Tables are available in two standard sizes, the    CT-WS Tables are flange mounted, designed for attaching    to a vertical surface with only the tabletop being exposed. These tables are    used as the heart of high-volume, trunnion-type production machines.

The tables are rotated by a high-speed, dual-lead worm gear and wheel driven via a servomotor (*). The positioning of the tabletop is via a rugged three-piece Hirth coupling, having 72 teeth as standard with an option of 360 teeth, both with a standard accuracy of +/- 3 seconds of arc.

Once in position, the table is hydraulically locked in place. The indexing cycle is activated by the machine control and all functions are monitored via easy access feedback switches.

(*) Available with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Heidenhain or Indramat servomotors.
