CF3 - M.S.

A market leading product line made by COLOMBO FILIPPETTI SPA. CF3 index and oscillating drives are double cam mechanisms having complementary profiles that transform a uniform rotary input motion into a smooth indexing or oscillating output motion. Manufactured in five standard sizes with centre distances of 40-65-80-105-130 (mm) between input and output shafts. Torque capacities are from 20 to 570 (Nm).

In the CF3 Index drives the standard number of stations is 1-2-3-4-6-8, and the cam index periods extend to 330° in 30° increments.

The CF3 Oscillating drives have standard angular strokes of: 15° - 20° - 30° - 45°.

Manufactured in four standard sizes with centre distance of: 165-200-250-315 (mm) between input and output shafts. Torque capacities are from 970 to 6.610 (Nm). In the CF3 Index drives the standard number of stations is 1-2-3-4-6-8, and the cam index periods extend to 330° in 30° increments.

The CF3 Oscillating drives have standard angular strokes of: 15° - 20° - 30° - 45°. Not on catalogue but made for special requirements are the CF3 400P – 500P - 650P.

CF3 - Tandem

The TANDEM CF3 is a mechanism achieved by combining in one box, two double set of CF3 conjugate cams and their respective rotary follower turrets. The uniform rotation of the one input shaft is transformed by this mechanism into 2 intermittent rotary motion output shafts. Each intermittent motion output shaft can be unidirectional or oscillating as required at the specifying stage.

There is a free choice and it is possible to have:

An intermittent rotation + oscillator (intermitter+oscillator)

2 intermittent rotation (intermitter + intermitter)

2 oscillator (oscillator + oscillator)

Manufactured in four standard sizes 65T, 80T, 105T, 130T. Torque capacities are from 45 to 970 (Nm).

The TANDEM CF3 oscillating drives have standard angular strokes of: 15°, 20°, 30°, 45°.
