Indexing Technologies Inc. was established in 1994: it's primary asset being the sixteen years of machine tool component experience bought to the firm by Founder and President Mike Bickham. Mr. Bickham, a graduate of the School of Engineering in Blackburn, England and a long time product manager for the Machine Tool Components Division of Manca, Inc., was not long in mustering his forces to steer Indexing Technologies Inc. into the vital business mainstream. By 1995 Indexing Technologies Inc. had moved to a new facility in Ramsey, New Jersey. Several months later Indexing Technologies Inc. acquired exclusive sales agreements to represent “state of the art” tool turrets as well as heavy-duty precision indexing and rotary tables for machine tool applications, all manufactured by global leaders in the industry. 

     Fast upon these distribution Coups, Indexing Technologies Inc. expanded it’s operations to include a wide variety of lathe tool holding components to complement existing lines of lathe turrets. In early 1996 Indexing Technologies Inc. added tool changers, top quality cams and cam indexing components to its product range. In September 1996, Indexing Technologies Inc. opened a sales office in the Midwest which specializes in direct support to the OEM Machine Tool Builders applications. In 1997, Indexing Technologies Inc. opened another regional sales office, this one in Milwaukee, WI.,  which specializes exclusively in applications of the cam indexing components for automation equipment.
