VELOMAT 1000 SYNCHRO

VELOMAT 1000 Synchro is a rotary base machine completely mechanically operated and manufactured by VELOMAT. The pick and place motions of the individual manipulators is obtained from the rotary indexing table, operated by a Colombo Filippetti cam mechanism following optimized kinematics laws of acceleration and deceleration. The final movements being extremely smooth, precise, and without vibration. The main characteristics that distinguish VELOMAT 1000 SYNCHRO are: high rigidity of the manipulators, high flexibility and vast ranges of cycles, high weight carrying capacity, adjustable strokes in horizontal and vertical direction, and high production rates.
