VELOLINE

VELOLINE is the new linear pallet base system completely mechanically controlled and manufactured by VELOMAT. An innovative system of transmission operates the indexed motion of the conveyor. The cams directly engage the pallets, ensuring absolute precision and repeatability of position. The precision, experience and accuracy guaranteed by COLOMBO FILIPPETTI in the manufacturing of components, allows high speed operation with intermittent high velocity motion, smooth and without vibrations. The pallets are made of aluminum and their shape or dimensions do not depend on the conveyor. There is the possibility to choose stroke, number of pallets and index time. We can supply it for operation in any orientation, with pallets facing vertical or horizontal. The space between the sides of the pallets is sealed with a rubber seal to keep out dust and debris.
